How do I pay my water or utility bill?
You can pay your utility bill online through the City Payment Portal, by mail to 123 Heritage Square, Norwin City ST 12345, or in person at City Hall during business hours. We accept credit cards, checks, and electronic bank transfers.
How do I request a building permit?
Building permit applications can be submitted through our online portal or in person at the City Planning & Zoning office. Most residential permits are processed within 5–10 business days. Commercial permits may require additional review.
Where can I find information about upcoming city council meetings?
City Council meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Agendas are posted on our Events page at least 48 hours before each meeting.
How do I report a pothole or road maintenance issue?
You can report potholes and road issues through our online Service Request form, by calling Public Works at (555) 123-4575, or by emailing publicworks@norwincity.gov. Emergency road hazards should be reported by calling (555) 123-4580.
What are the rules for yard waste and bulk pickup?
Yard waste is collected weekly from April through November. Bulk item pickup is available twice per month — schedule your pickup online or by calling the Utilities department. All yard waste must be in compostable bags or bundled branches.
How can I reserve a city park pavilion or facility?
Park pavilion and facility reservations can be made through the Parks & Recreation office. Reservations should be made at least 2 weeks in advance. Fees vary by facility and event type. Visit our Parks page or call (555) 123-4550 for details.
