Norwin City has received a $2.3 million federal grant through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to modernize its aging water treatment facility. The project will upgrade filtration systems, replace lead service lines in the oldest neighborhoods, and install smart monitoring sensors throughout the distribution network. Construction is expected to begin in early fall.
