The Norwin City Council unanimously approved the Heritage District Revitalization Plan during Tuesday evening’s session. The plan includes streetscape improvements, facade restoration grants, and new pedestrian-friendly infrastructure along Main Street and Heritage Square. Mayor Eleanor Crawford called it a historic milestone for the preservation of our downtown character while supporting modern economic development.
