Norwin City’s new community garden program is now accepting applications for the spring growing season. Located in Founders Park, the garden offers 50 individual plots available to residents on a first-come, first-served basis. The Parks & Recreation Department will provide soil testing, starter seedlings, and monthly workshops on sustainable gardening practices.
